Education is a top priority at Long Island Aquarium.
We offer a wide range of new and exciting education
programs – designed with the help of feedback from
professional educators – to schools, teachers,
and local groups.
Education programs available from Long Island Aquarium
include both Aquarium-based experiences
 and classroom-based presentations involving our
educators. Programs may also be customized to
meet specific teaching requirements.
Long Island Aquarium Education programs utilize
grade-appropriate activities and language, and align
with New York State Learning Standards. All are
offered bilingually – either in English, Spanish, or a
combination of both.
