Join us in the main room of the aquarium as we practice gentle Yoga in front of our most colorful and captivating aquatic displays. We’ll being classes with some meditation and breath-work to prepare our minds as well as our bodies, followed by a gentle flow yoga practice. We’ll end class with a guided meditation that will leave you both relaxed and energized! This class is perfect for beginners as well as the seasoned yogi! Come flow with us!
