We are thrilled to re-open our doors and can’t wait to see all of our friends again!
We have made changes to our operation to make sure our guests, staff and animals, all remain safe. All our staff members will be wearing masks at all times. We are following all CDC guidelines with regards to cleaning and sanitizing. We have hand sanitizer and antibacterial hand wipes located throughout the Aquarium for guest use.
We are operating at a reduced guest capacity. Because of this, all members of your party MUST pay admission and reserve a time slot prior to your visit. Aquarium Members can reserve their times but will be asked to show their membership card, or have us look up their account, when arriving at the Aquarium. Non-Members must purchase general admission tickets for all people in their party. Please click HERE to reserve your time or purchase your tickets. You can then present your receipt on your phone or print it out to be scanned by our guest services team member for a touch-less entrance into the facility.
All guests over 2 years old MUST wear a face mask, face shield or covering. There are no exceptions to this rule. We will have masks available for purchase if you do not have one. If you have a medical reason for not wearing your mask, we ask you to visit us at another time. You must wear your mask throughout the facility, indoors and out. Some of our animals can be susceptible to Covid 19 and it is important that we protect them by wearing masks. The only time you may remove your mask is when you are sitting at a dining table for lunch.
Please follow proper social distancing (6 feet apart) when on the Aquarium property. We have implemented a one-way path throughout the aquarium property to prevent guests’ paths from crossing. Please be courteous and aware of other guests. We have placed tape across our tanks to prevent people from touching the glass to reduce the risk of cross contamination.
We are happy to welcome you back to visit for a safe day of family fun. If you, or someone in your family is not feeling well, we ask that you do not come out to visit that day.
